1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website (hereinafter: Service)

(3) With a view to ensuring the security of the personal data entrusted to it, the Controller shall act on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, in compliance with the relevant legal acts on the protection of personal data, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.

(4) The controller shall take particular care to protect the interests of data subjects and shall in particular ensure that personal data are:

- processed in accordance with the law;

- collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes;

- substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

- kept in a form which permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

5 Personal data is processed on the basis of consent given by users of the Service and in cases where the provisions of the applicable law authorise the Administrator to process personal data.

(6) The Administrator processes the personal data voluntarily provided by the users of the Website, for the sole purpose of:

- responding to user enquiries using the contact form,

- to accept bookings using an online booking system,

- the performance of the services provided by the Administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA,

- marketing, including sending commercial information to the e-mail address, if the Customer has given his/her consent by ticking the appropriate box during the reservation process or by submitting an enquiry via the contact form. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and the sending of commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the message received or by sending such a request to the Administrator's e-mail address,

- the fulfilment of the legitimate interest of the Controller of personal data in specific cases on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, e.g. debt collection or video monitoring of traffic on the premises of the Facility.

7 Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions and entities authorised by law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Controller (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services and other entities participating in the provision of the requested service.

(8) The controller may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to tailor the offer.

(9) The data processed by the Administrator shall be accessible to the User of the Service who submitted them. The user also has the right to modify this data, to request its deletion and to limit or stop the processing of his/her personal data at any time. The user may also request the deletion of his/her personal data from the Service at any time. The right to data portability does not apply as there is no established standard for the exchange of such data between hotel properties.

12 Any user of the service may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

13 The administrator performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour as follows:

- by voluntarily entering information in the forms,

- by collecting "cookies".
